Best Western Plus Carousel Inn & Suites Burlington

I drove 1221 miles straight and needed a good night of sleep. I checked in very late and the clerk was friendly and efficient. My room was comfy and felt safe. There was coffee and breakfast in the morning, but I only took the coffee. It was a welcome night of peaceful rest.

Clean, nice, close to the highway and just a great place to stay. Never have stayed in a best western before but will after this experience. Tks Larry

The location just off of 40 was great. The grassy area for the pups was fantastic. The person who checked us in - I think his name may have been JP - was super accommodating and moved us to the first floor for our older pup who doesn't do well on stairs or in elevators. It was quite quiet, even on the first floor, and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was also nice, although it's not the most varied breakfast.

Big room, very clean. Very comfortable bed. Nice facilities overall.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was very nice for those who do not have dietary restrictions. The staff manning the room did bring out extra fruit for me.
